Haul: Réserve Naturelle

Some times ago in one of my posts, I once stated that Réserve Naturelle is a high-end make up brand. It turns out that I was wrong. Last week when I was strolling around in the centre ville of Grenoble, out of curiousity I entered the gallery of Réserve Naturelle and I found out that they were all cheap stuffs. They are even cheaper than Kiko, but I guess the quality is still under Kiko (still a suggestion since I haven't tried the cosmetic products).

Réserve Naturelle is a French make up and accessories brand, but nearly all the products are made in Italy. They come in boutiques and also online, you can access the site on http://www.reserve-naturelle.com (fyi, it's in French).

I went there again yesterday and I got out of the gallery with two things in the cute paper pouch: le Nettoyant pour les Pinceaux Sans Rinçage (no-rinse brush cleanser) and the Adopt' Eau de Parfum Fleur de Cerisier (cherry blossom).

I've been looking for a sprayed brush cleanser, a cheap one of course, like the one ELF had. But since the access to an ELF boutique is really hard here, I had to find another brand which gets a similar product. When I was checking out RN's website, I found that they got this brush cleanser only for 5,90 euros. In the gallery, you can find this product under the shelf of nail accessories, still in a group with the big-bottled perfumes.

The simple white bottle contains 125 ml of the liquid product, with a standard pump and sprayer. How to use: simply spray the product onto the brush you want to clean, then wipe the brush onto a piece of tissue. Real simple and quick.

I tried it out yesterday onto my ELF Powder Brush and it was pretty wonderful. The residue of the powder I used directly came off and my brush got cleaned again (yay!). The only downside of this product is the strong fragrance you smell right after you spray it. I guess it's because the alcohol contained in the formula. But it leaves a sweet and soft fragrance after the alcohol evaporated.

This brush cleanser works well for daily uses, even so I'll use it for each two days.

The next product is the Adopt' Eau de Parfum Fleur de Cerise. I only tried the perfumes for fun, but it turned out that I love this one so much. I always love the cherry blossom fragrance and this one is one of the best cherry blossom fragrance I've ever smelled.

The clear, light, travel-friendly bottle contains 30 ml eau de parfum. I was surprised of the existence of this cheap eau de parfum as I usually find them in the expensive prices (the cheapest I found was for 25 euros), so I had to stick with the eau de toilettes whom the fragrance doesn't last really long.

This one, as the other eau de parfums do, stay a long time, keeps you fresh and smell nice. From now on I'm wearing this perfume for its durability and hella cheap price.

Maybe I'll come back again to the RN gallery in the future to buy some cosmetics items.
